1. Customer relations wont reply to an email
2. The share price fell so hard and so fast to the bought deal price it had to have been insider knowledge
3. The spike in prices prior to s PR then the dump on the day of. Again, insider knowledge
4. The release of no deal being made with mr penny stocks
I could go on and on
Now for the qestions.
Why the silence for the IR team? I dont have twitter so un- able to see what chris is yapping off ablut while selling his shares. (reminding more of Trudeau more and more by the day)
With alot of suspicious sale price and activity within the company which big player will be willing to take them on ?
Alot of people say the silence from the comoanh is good but from my experience silence from an undeveloped but potential start up hasnt been.
The last bad one i was involved in *which also had the government involved* was SONA nano tech. Everyday this gets closer and closer to what could be a make or break PR.
All of our PRs haven been good and the stock continues to crash so what happens with a bad PR? Ex: using 3rd party tech and paying royalties. PFS comes out worse and than anticipated. Legal action on a shareholders behalf ? (Theres been talks about it )
Anyways, alot of people here have tunnel vision and if you dont follow theyre mind set the block you and blah blah blah. Its pretty brutal to be apart of.
For those are are open to having a convo let me know what you think
I think convo is good too. I share some of your sentiments and not others:
1. Lack of acknowledgement isn't good. I received a reply to my recent inquiry. A somewhat generic reply that mgmt is busy working on adding shareholder value, etc. my experience has been the opposite of yours. I held one speculative stock where the CEO himself would spend time on the phone (the good old days). I received Insider info, that never panned out. My biggest single company loss to this date. In other words, inconclusive. In the case of E3, I'd say they're super busy AND possibly in the middle of sensitive negotiations. Just my opinion.
2. and 3 and 4. The run up was Mr. Penny (or whatever), playing with the stock. The financing, at $3.55, was based on info they had, which must have been good. Insider sales, aside from the Director that was encouraged to find other interests to pursue, the selling was tax related (re: options gains). The only other trade in question is the 10,000 shares bought by Carroll's wife at $2.87. Inconsequential.
looking forward, I'm still bullish. The recent dive in the price of Lithium, and lack of news easily explains the drag on the share price. GLTA.
