So for you take all your money out of the markets. 

 Put it in a GIC then you don't have to watch it every minute of the day.   ( Or have real Patience's ) like the middle of next year or longer........

  if you bought to high you will have to wait many years to recover.

I know if you don't add at these low levels to avg. Your price down.  Oooccchhh..............
