Hi All,
A couple quick questions, the answers are for sure in the financials but maybe someone can answer for the team.

I see there is a normal course issuer bid, so they must have some free cash flow to some degree.
but 

1) Does MBX have a history of dilution or extensive share options grants to Management?
2)Is there a risk MBX will need to raise cash(ie-dilution) for some of these 'good' news events or just growth in general?
3) When do they expect to earn $0.20-$0.40 EPS. I find these small stocks that break even just never grow the share price when they barely breakeven.
