E3 Lithium Ltd V.ETL

Alternate Symbol(s):  EEMMF

E3 Lithium Ltd. is a Canada-based lithium resource company. The Company is focused on commercial development of lithium extraction from brines contained in its mineral properties in Alberta. The Company’s Clearwater Project is located between Red Deer and Calgary in Alberta. Its Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) on-exchange technology uses a sorbent designed to be selective towards lithium ions. Its technology reduces volumes of low-grade brine into a high-grade lithium concentrate, removing nearly all impurities. This produces a clean product for the development of high purity lithium compounds used in Li-ion batteries. The Company has measured and indicated lithium resources in Canada, with 16.2 million tons (Mt) measured and indicated Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE), hosted in the Leduc Aquifer. In addition, it has 0.9 Mt of inferred mineral resources in its Rocky Area.

RE:RE:New video of Liz

RE:RE:New video of LizI was good with Liz's interview. A nothing burger, other than saying producing battery grade lithium was a dream 5 years ago, and that it's a reality now. She hasn't been on the E3 payroll since December of 2021, so I'm not sure if there's much to read into her not mentioning E3 in the interview. IMO, it would have been somewhat innapropriate to give them a plug in that type of interview.

It looks like we'll be doing the slow bleed thing until the price of lithium bottoms out, or there's a press release of some kind. As mentioned in another post, we're approaching the longest drought of press releases in a long while, so maybe they're getting close to reporting something BIG. I'd be surprised if we don't hear something between now and end of year. As long as the key insiders don't sell more shares than is required to pay the tax bill(s) for exercising their options, I'm OK with more sales. However, if they do sell, in significant excess of their tax bills I think there's a strong case for considering whether mgmt may have mislead investors in their Oct 4th press release. Let's hope it doesn't get ugly. I really don't feel like going down that path.
