Nuvista vs Birchcliff

Nuvista vs BirchcliffNot so long ago both NVA and BIR traded in the $10-12 sp range, NVA is still @ $12 and stiill pays no dividend, BIR sp has continued to fall since it was north of $10 because it wants to continue paying dividends in a low natgas price environment even if it means borrowing money to pay the divy in a high interest rate enironment.
So if BIR eliminates the divy would sp jump up to $12 like NVA's?
