North Amer 2023 /24 Winter - (Modokai El Ninio)For the US/EU winter our forecast for the start of a cold snowy winter by late December and be persistent through March remains steadfast.

The combination of a forming El Nino Modoki, a -QBO(Quasi Biennial Oscillation and a strong SSW(Sudden Stratospheric Warming Event) expected in the first half of December strongly support this forcast outlook.
