Recently, Livio has been working as part of the project team at Mercedes Benz Energy (a fully owned subsidiary of Daimler AG) to develop and distribute stationary energy storage systems under the Mercedes-Benz brand. These energy storage systems optimize solar consumption, reduce expensive peak electric loads, provide backup power, and offer a variety of grid services. Livio was responsible for establishing a leading distribution network of quality regional partners to bring Mercedes's products to the North American market.

Would it not make sense to have Livio involve Exro in this undertaking?
