Agreed.. Going Private doesn't make sense he owns 35 million + of this stock.

However stating the company will look different by years end - Means he better deliver. Past performance and history aren't in our favor..

He's a great stock promoter using words to play on,But the wrong Ceo to lead this company forward!!!

Let's not forget Loop appears to have been a shell company only= until the purchase of PassCreator & Qples.
