Another good read. Excellent analysis but overlooks the non-recurring cost of the recapitalization in Q3 ($26.6M) which can now to used to pay down debt going forward. Once investors realize that the market value is ~$360M while NAV is ~$820M sentiment should improve. Meanwhile, I am getting a 10%+ distribution monthly. Can’t get that from a GIC! Potential reward far outweighs risk IMO.
