I just finished entering the numbers in my Excel worksheet and saw several mistakes, revenues, net earnings and cash flows.  There are other mistakes in the MDA.  Looks like the CFO and Board Members did not verify the numbers or the content of the MDA. 

Hard to find good smallcap companies.
