Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. This compound induces anti-cancer immune responses and promotes an inflamed tumor phenotype turning cold tumors hot through innate and adaptive immune responses to treat a variety of cancers. In all on Onc history, there has never been a senior sale of shares.
Only buys.
One exception, when the price spiked back 2019, one director sold s very small portion of her shares.
it was December.
Perhaps a Christmas bonus.
Does not require a lot if work.
checking SEDI where the insiders must report.
founder Dr. Matt Coffee has never sold a share.
