RE:Liquidity and Capital ResourcesThe except you've quoted from the press release includes the following sentence: "Although Management does not expect the Company's lenders to take this action, this possibility raises significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern." Does this count as a formal "going concern" warning? I don't recall seeing such a warning in previous disclosures, although I very well might have missed it.
