RE:I'll make the call on it now: LABS and VerdeMed are in M&AI agree..Verdemed doesn't manufacture API...Labs has the credentials for ANVISA application...Verdemed is the middle man and they're struggling financially..looking as mentioned for IPO and 5m private placement...Brazilian market like Australia is experiencing explosive growth 100+% yoy sometimes Q over Q..very exciting times.  Look forward to the Brazilian update..next PR I would think.
