Plaza Retail REIT (Trust) is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust. The Trust is a developer, owner and manager of retail real estate located primarily in Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Plaza Retail REIT Taps Jason Parravano as COOPlaza Retail REIT said Thursday that it has appointed Jason Parravano as its new chief operating officer, effective Jan. 8.

Before joining the Canadian REIT, Parravano was chief finance of the asset-management business activities of the Walter Group.

Prior to that, he spent eight years at the Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust, heading the company as president and chief executive officer.
