RE:Tuesdays?

RE:Tuesdays?

The timelines for release of material disclosure exist.  But there is some wiggle room once ink is dry and you can also influence the timing of signing something.  You get something this morning, typically you don't have to jump on it right away, the lawyer may have to take a final look, he's a bit busy and easy to get it signed the next day or so.

Everyone knows that as a publicly traded company, news releases on a late Friday afternoon don't get as much attention.  That is the time to slide all the stuff you are not proud of.  I think there was research showing that Tuesday's NR's got more attention that Monday hence that being a good day for an NR. Now, this could be dated research when info was not instantaneous and at your fingertips.

We didn't get a news release today, so hope for the next day it is!  Tuesday!  Lol!!!  Noting that we say this every week and are mostly wrong!
