At Min 51:38 of the first link, Sue talks about induction motors as a pathway to eliminating rare earths and how this cannot be done without EXRO's technology, and how this helped EXRO win its innovation contract.

At Min 1:07 of the second link, she again talks about the Innovation Project.

I think that one can reasonably conclude that this project involves an induction motor.
