Seems MUCH MUCH more like an argument to buyback the common shares.
Dundee's super power was having REALLY cheap funding with BoC plus 4.1% for Jr Mining Investments. Jr Mining Investments funded at BoC plus 4.1%! Can you imagine? Its Equity. Its ONLY got a premium of 4.1%.
Dundee won't raise money at BoC plus 4.1% any time soon... Clearly more to this story.
