ImpalaImpala Platinum halts S. African mines after 11 workers were killed and 75 workers injured. Very tragic, but just confirms the dangers of conventional mining.
In the news also today, Impala Palladium near Thunder Bay, (where I live) is drastically reducing operations due to the price of palladium which has gone down around 50 per cent. It has a huge workforce with huge overhead costs.
These two events show just how important a breakthrough to successful urban mining of these commodities through spent diesel (platinum) and gas ( palladium and rhodium( catalytic converters could change the landscape of mining these commodities, into a ' green' circular economy of scale.
Regenx is at the forefront of this newly created urban mining industry, and very very close to commercial validation. Factors that are equally important in comparism are the seemingly low overhead start-up costs, for Regenx, the safety aspect of urban mining, and the availabiltiy of spent product to mine. Perhaps a company like Impala should give us a call.
Shareholders are told we are very close, to commercial validaton. 2024 could be a banner year for Regenx. Do your own DD.
