Aphria was also the only company to be granted permission from the German Government to grow all 3 of their approved strains of Medical Cannabis.

I'm certain that Aphria / Tilray have approved plans in place to expand theie german facilities to meet the huge increase of Medical Cannabis users.

The Pillar 1 vote is to take place Dec 12-15. that includes De-Scheduling Cannabis from the Narcotics List and a prescription for Medical cannabis will no longer need a Narcotics prescription, just a regular prescription will be required.

Since Medical Cannabis is a separate Act and is not covered under the Cannabis Act, I cannot find a reliable source that knows when Medical Cannabis can be sold without a Narcotics prescription.
