Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of mineral properties. Incorrect new misinformed account.

The USACE can do nothing until SCOTUS concludes their review IF they will even consider reviewing Alaska's motion.

Irrespective of any outcome:
22-years. 1 billion spent. No Feasibility Study releasing proven/probable reserves, no value established, no permits(+60 required) prior to Alaska legislative vote, no financing, incorrect mine plan, no interest from any real mining company.
