Guess it's not going to happen despite indications in prior qtr releases
Last quarter CZO thought it was lagging the previous year's revenue by one quarter. With the quarter announced today it is lagging 2 quarters. Given we are two months into Q3 and they didn't announce re-ordering had re-commenced it looks like they are now lagging at least three quarters. If no reordering in Q1 2024 that would be one year lagging. Did Kenvue have twice as much inventory built up as a COVID precaution in case of supply chain disruptions? Is Kenvue trying to get more aggressive in its supply chain managment so as to hold less inventory than J&J did to generate efficiencies? During the presentation last month Gilles anticipated a return to historical trends for the base business as Kenvue works through its adjustment in 2023. CZO is also preparing the lanuch of a dry powder oat beta glucan and avenanthramide to reach new markets.
