When VNQ was $82 in Sept 15

HR was $10.50 and is now $8.93. Artis was $7.25. This is literally an abomination of trading.

VNQ holds 160 names so you can't suggest its influenced by a specific REIT thats outperforming.

I am truly baffled here.
