RE:RE:RE:Gear's Board of Directors has implemented a trading blackoutSedi is the source that Canadian insider, stockhouse, and ceo.ca all use to populate their databases. Assuming nobody messes up the files you get the same results. Sedi is frustrating to use, like all govnt or quasi govnt. Ceo is very simple and you can screen out all the option issuance noise. Most of the insider traffic has been option exercise related but some, limited, net selling is what I see. Hardly "sold all their shares" territory unless you are a short, or just a bitter bagholder. There have been several option exercise/buy transactions which shorty and cranky tend to ignore when they cherry-pick just the sells. But like the old saying goes, people sell for many different reasons (divorce, house,kids college,condo for mistress(see divorce))). Etc. But they only buy for ONE reason. It's going higher.
