"Unessential Sale of coal" -- Brutal article!

"Unessential Sale of coal" -- Brutal article! G&M on Saturday had an article that points out the obvious and what the 'smart money'  figured out a months  ago- Teck is worse off after the sale of coal than before. i.e., there really is  no logical reason to sell coal that benefits the company

The  logic behind this fiasco (if logic even applies) is that the BoD is preparing for the eventaul sale of whatever is left i.e., Red Dog and QB2  (Trail and Antimina have little vlalue (evironmrnetal liability more than offsets and value) and HVC is on its last legs.

The Great Helmsman says this isn't the case but--- things change. Given that iis unlikely the company will amount to much in the future --- it is quite possible this will be the future outcome
