Longer they wait the worse the deal will be. I would hope Sue has learned that from previous cash raises. Only a massive announcement will run this up without coming back down. If she doesn't hurry up the SP will see the .70's Cnd again.

Why would ppl buy, with a looming raise at a unknown price.
