Bad News, Yes ...Terrible News, NoThey cut some seriously significant future losses by getting rid of EVS. This was a bit like the weed frenzy ....a lot of hype and then too many players. EV sales have not taken off as expected as the majority of people continue to wait for serious improvements to make the owning of one financially viable. Mind you they sold it at a LOSS!
Have enough capital to maintain operations for the next 12 months without the need to dilute anymore than has already taken place. Clearly acknowledged that covid tests carried the company ....this was the opportunity missed. They had lots of cash and managed it poorly. But, they pivoted once ...can they do it again? Streamlining over the next quarter will be necessary to right the ship. We'll see?
If they can strike a synergy between AI and healthcare they may still be able to pull a rabbit out of the hat. This is definitely the future. Do they have the team to make this happen ...that is a completely different but very important question.
