Why DM doesn't announce their numbers via NR?

I guess there is no rule DM has to announce their numbers via NR, but why they don't release it via NR?
I would like to see an explanation how they want to handle their financial and business development situation in the next 12 months.
Hopefully they prepare such a explainin business development strategy for the upcoming AGM and announce it via a NR.
At least I would do it so.
