The only pay I would get from Ucore will be in the form of Capital Gains from the stock price going up.  But Pip and you are doing your best to drive it down.  Meaning you are likely part of the group of day traders that are buying at .45 cents and selling at .48 cents. 
Can I be that delusional, oh yes!  I really got into stocks in the early 90s.  I have seen little stocks like Ucore go from under a dollar to over 300 a share.  More than once.
Do I think that Ucore will pull that off?  In a heartbeat.
Do I think that Ucore will split the stock to pay the long term investor once it gets going? Again in a heartbeat.
Have I seen little companies, like Ucore, make it big after a government contract?  Again in a heartbeat.
