Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

this is a far cry from the 10$ per unit we saw previously. the assets are no longer the same as they once were given the management`s inability to translate property value into revenues. Management needs to churn some of those toxic assets into new profitable prospects soon to get things turned around. the market is playing a waiting game with Inovalis...
