I'm not a big fan of Motley Fool but I believe they are fairly accurate with their analysis of the company. 

The current management haven't done anything to attract investors and the article doesn't take into account the looming reverse split.

Until this company can instill confidence and clarity as to their path forward it's a very risky investment.

IMHO
