RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

Correct.

However, they can not be seen to be totally squeezing the other sharehplders out. So any bid would likely be at a premium to the market value but as we see the market is beong TANKED by a few shares.

In some stock manipulations , large shareholders can keep the market low by selling their shares to set up a price for another financing or??

They could also do another financing at pennies and really keep the price down.

think we just have to ride it out and hope!!
