Institutions aren't touching this.  Too little trust that management will protect shareholder interests.  E3 has a huge integrity problem right now. Remember that the day before KPI numbers were released the stock jumped 15%.  That alone shows that news can't be contained and that those in the know have access that regular investors do not.  Let's also not forget they were recently being investigated for what looked like a possible pump scheme (apparently the work of one single insider).   Seriously it looks like amateur hour.   So disappointed in myself for not trading this every time it got close to 3.50

 

Do you think there's a possibility that the October 24th press release:

"Concurrent with the appointment of Ms. Cattelan, Peeyush Varshney has agreed to step down from E3 Lithium's Board of Directors effective immediately. E3 Lithium would like to thank Mr. Varshney for his time, service and dedication to the Company over the past six and half years. Mr. Varshney will remain in an advisory role with the Company while Alex transitions into her new position."

or the October 30th press release:

"To the company's knowledge after inquiry, no director, officer, control person, controlling shareholder (defined as a shareholder owning more than 10 per cent or more of the issuer's securities), employee, contractor or any third party service provider has any relation to MPS, nor were the relevant parties involved, directly or indirectly, with the creation, distribution or payment of the MPS promotional materials. Over the past 12 months, certain directors and officers sold shares totalling 224,500, as announced on Oct. 4, 2023."

May be weighing on the share price?

I forget who posted earlier this week that showed Institutional investors doubled had doubled recently. Does anyone have the current stats on that?
