Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Added AX pref E today

Not showing on the daily volume. But added a bunch at 15.89-15.92. Pref E roughly $1.80 annually. Thats over 11% at this price. I can bet my britches AX wants to buy those back at that yield. Quarterly payment at the end of this month.

Canada 10YR 3.50%. Spread is insane for investment grade prefs.
