what I don't understand isPersonally I think we should have stuck with the ATM. The thing is though for the right acquisition there are many ways of financing it. ATM is the most shareholder friendly but for the right acquisition dilution by other means does not necessarily means devaluation of shares. I have seen it many times over the years where the acquisition, being transformational, gives sp a large boost. This occurs when shareholders or stakeholders of the company being acquired buy shares in the acquiring company, new blood so to speak. What I don't understand though is posters like tropical have been posting here for years they have made it clear ad nauseam that they think this is a garbage investment. So why haven't they sold and moved on? What do they see in this stock that makes them hold tight onto their shares? Why didn't they sell at $9.
