The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

$13.5 million cash received from sale of Brewery Creek....

$13.5 million cash received from sale of Brewery Creek.......isn't enough with gold at $2060 at 14 cents a share to get above a $9 million total market cap including the Copperstone mine with 300K gold.  Remaining gold assets even after dumping Brewery are deemed as adding negative value.
