The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

If the company had waited for the price of gold to get to a sustained $2100 and higher, they likely could have gotten 4 times as much for Brewery Creek as they did.  They at least should have gotten the same price as they acquired it for, which was about $40 million in shares at the time if I recall.  Think of the leverage lost that the gold ounces at Brewery had afforded.   With additional drilling it may have contained 3 million gold ounces or more.   That asset had way more value than Copperstone IMO

I wish they has sold Copperstone for $13.5 million and used those funds to build up resourses at Brewery.  Then sell Brewery to a major to put into production.  Too late now.
