RE:RE:RE:Touchstone's Gas to NGC vis a vis The "Dragon Deal"Fair enough stanley.  All legit and plausible scenarios.
You hear quite often at this time of the year, "the stock has accelerated down due to tax loss season".
The real question should be .....why is the stock in a tax loss selling position?.
Not everything that goes wrong is the fault of the guy at the top but the buck has to stop somewhere.
It comes with the territory.

matt2018: Look no further than a recent post by DAN that you quoted to get the point that I alluded to. See also the two October shorts that I highlighted. See those covered on the Nov 15th update and the 30th when it gets published.

Lurk & Learns:

The London board have been inundated with "tree shakers" recently. This is also a strategy employed by those purloiners who go "gunning for physical stops" despite a "Chinese wall" that is designed to this (100% ALLEGED) practice. To pro's credit he appears to be ignoring "them".

This (always on my part) is 100% speculation; B4 the U/C Dec 17th update it MAY signify that TXP shares appear to be worth accumulating by those (aka the "disinterested" investor) looking to taking a (small, less than control, unclear is current 5% or 10%??, Broken 1 operatives/participants must have an idea of this threshold. LOL) position in advance of a NR that is synonymous with turn around announcement. Then,

....there is the POSSIBLE (cannot be ignored/discounted) TOO an entity working in the background on an "uglification" agenda under the fog afforded by the aforementioned Broker 1 and others accumulating (funnelled) shares in furtherance of said 100% SPECULATED TOO.

Now, wrt the recent (aka WOS, witholding of supply) bifurcation strategy could have an inintended consequence(s). i.e. PPS pullback (evidently) favours/enhances the TOO aspirants.

While a country (with a mature O & G history) faced with a WOS from an "upstart" might have a over a 100 years of experience in dealing such a strategy. e.g. bureaucy. etc.

Then again, if we get ever a third party independent "chain of custody" investigation & analysis of the (alleged, tested & crated in Houston then damaged in transit component(s)) we will never know what "quiver contents" are at "play".

BWDIK? David vs (the possible frustration "strategy" bureaucratic bajohns) Steelband Country

GLTAL GLAP CAVEAT EMPTOR

Cheers
Stanley
