I believe there are hundreds of Companies that do not news release their financials if they are particularly bad. They just have them posted in Sedar and if you follow the news releases in Stockwatch they post all of the notifications of Sedar items by symbol and name.

I am speaking from experience because I am very familiar with having companies that have terrible financials. :-))

With all the flack on here over this subject I get the impression very few have had a loser! Welcome to the group..
