Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Yes, I have said for some time - I really like the E's for fixed income (if you're at that stage). Always got to look out for family. He was very happy to hear he will be earning 11%+ lending money to a company I have spent hundreds of hours vetting for him. He paid for my university, which lead to multiple designations being earned and paid for by employers over the years - so he likes to think this is his way of cashing in on his investment in me. Writing that made me crack a smile. Hope it all works out for all of us - Snakey included.
