rollthedice10- Posting financials on stockhouse is not an issue IMO. A large majority shareholders are not on stockhouse board.

A news release by company is for all shareholders of DM which DM has always done in past. By not issuing a news release with M & A of financial situation creates serious doubt of investors and current shareholders as to status of company and creates far more harm ( IMO). not good.
