Ignore the fact that a large amount of the CO2 is produced to supply the western world with vast quantities of material goods. Ignore the fact that China emissions per capita are far below that of USA and Canada and in-line with those of Japan and Germany. Due to rapid expansion of nuclear, wind, and solar electricity generation, China per-capita emissions will almost certainly never exceed that of those countries, even as the country transforms into a developed economy in-line with the western nations. But sure, keep that head stuck in the ground dufus.
