Miami Riverlanding and The Well

Miami Riverlanding and The WellMind blowing that 5 years ago you would look at these iconic structures by HR and Riocan being completed and nearing 50-100% lease up, and yet their unit prices are so far in the dumpster (Riocan ~24ish back then, now $17.  HR ~$20 back then, now $12 adding back PMZ spin off).  Like jonathan gavan ceo of riocan said more factors than interest rates to determine NAV and cap rates.  

Like where has the past decade of developments gotten these big reits....
