RE:BookvalueBook value is what share holders would get if Company were forced to liquidate..
For a company, a simple book value is calculated by subtracting total liabilities from total assets. This may also be called net worth or book value of equity.
Meaningful book value for POEt as it stands today, would only be about a penny. which would only include any cash after paying off all liabilities.divided by the number of shares outstanding..
Let's just say, if Poet went bankrupt today, Shearholders would get Zero from the balance sheet...imo

Bookvalue Listed at .20
At the time of the TownHall meeting it was around .30
Accounting for the r/s that is about a 90% decline.
Heck of a job.
Now, how meaningful bookvalue is who knows, but it is just another stat, all stats lead to the same conclusion. Poet has been crashed and burned.
