The Company is also evaluating Kakwa, an early-stage Dunvegan oil play, for potential further long term development.

About a year and a half ago they drilled a successful well in North Ferrier. The gas is processed at a third party facility. By building a pipeline to their existing facility in Ferrier, which is underutilised, they will be able to cut cost.
So they are building a pipeline but the capacity of the existing facility will remain unchanged. They are not expanding it, for now.
