Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. A quick minute or two of research and you will discover that vested options can be converted to shares (at the fixed strike price) anytime including during blackout periods.

But go ahead, defend MC and invest as much as you possibly can in ONC. Good luck with that and I'm sure you'll retire young.
