RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. RCT-01 provides a source of collagen expressing cells to the site of injury, addressing the underlying cause of tendinosis. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

RE:RE:RE:TwitterConfusing to me as well !  I suspect that Shiseido will state that there application of the technology is different and does not infringe on Replicel's patents.
That would have to be decided with another lengthy Arbitration that I don't think Jamie and Andrew have an appetite for.

Where does that leave Replicel's RCH-02 in Japan ?  I suspect Replicel is now looking for a big Pharma partner to move ahead with marketing RCH-01 and possibly that is what they are presently working on (let's hope).

I think the Twitter announcement by Kevin relates to Shiseido's last Trial which all have been patiently waiting for the results to prove out the technology and safety.
