RE:RE:RE:Contingent shares .... These shares do indeed exist ......... for now. I think it is just a sleazy attempt to "do" the former holders of THO one more time!
Those that think there is no "expense" involved with this don't think about the dilution or the money. The shares need to come from somewhere and the likely spot is the printing press!
