Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Honestly Eog I think you're just overthinking this one. I think TLT hit a wall of bureaucracy and red tape that they couldn't navigate. Maybe shame on them for that, they messed something up. Small company with limited resources. We know they are re jigging the data and hope to submit Q1 2024. That had to be by direction of the FDA. Guess we are in a holding pattern till then. In for a penny in for a pound.
