If Bombardier continues with the deleveraging they've been doing the last few years then there's nothing to worry about, institutions will come back with a vengeance, if I may say so.
I suggest you start thinking in mid-level steps where the share price is concerned. First thing we need is to go back to the 70's. Your 140$ value needs a lot more deleveraging. Lets see what Q4 results bring. (As well as what management as to say for 2024)

I still believe that New Bombardier is a very well run company and deserves better than where it is at. We need a bit of luck to lift this stock to $140 per share where it belongs.
