RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:It is truly amazing anything ever gets passed with all the Right, a generic is meant to abfuscate a monopy on a drug by allowing other manufactures the right to manufacture the same, under a different name.  There is CBD from the hemp plant or cannabis Sativa, and then, there is CBD from the marijuana plant.  They're nearly identical but not quite.

In order to (legally) cross state lines a schedule1classification (CBD via the marijuana plant) needs to be removed.  No way around it.  Otherwise, difficult, to say the least, to conduct buisness.  Unless you're a buisness owner who's looking to be characterized as a criminal.  Otherwise they will need to carry on conducting canna withing thier own state.  Kepps things rea small, just where the lobbyists and their masters want it.
